Love

I was wondering today how many times the word “Love” is mentioned in the Bible? I was taught from a young age to love and treat everyone the way I wanted to be treated. I was surprised to learn that the word “love” wasn’t in the Bible as many times as I thought. “Love appears in the King James Version of the Bible a total of 310 times.” (Reference)
Love is one of the most important things the Bible teaches us but it isn’t mentioned a whole lot. A few of my favorite Bible verses that mention love are:
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’There is no commandment greater than these.” - Mark 12:29-31
"Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law." - Romans 13:8
"Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." - Romans 13:10
"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13:13
