Solving Everyday Problems

STAYING ON GOD's PATH

We are conditioned during our school years, that if we don’t understand something, look it up...study...and figure it out. Solve what you don’t know. As we discovered, not everything is solvable. In fact, much of our science and history is based off theories. Sometimes...theories get debunked, proving it was the wrong way to believe.

So why do we try to solve our life problems with theories as well? If I do this, this is what “could” happen. We continuously push the domino, not knowing where the path will take us.

Here is the key. We have God, a father who is master of all, who sees all, that has our problems solved before it even happens. We need to lean on him, not on our understanding because, face it, we are wrong A LOT! Read God's word in the bible and Pray for his guidance.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." -Proverbs 3:5-6

When we put our faith, our trust, in God to solve our problems, our path becomes clear. The darkness clears and light shines down on the road God wants us to be on.

"Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path" -Psalm 119:105

Always remember, when you don’t think people are watching, They Really Are! Be the example! Who do they see you leaning on? Your own guidance...or God’s?

Share with us moments that you leaned on God and how he brought you through your situation in the comments section below.
